We fish the Middle Limay from March to May. This is the time when the migratory brown trout (March) and the migratory rainbow trout (late April), start swimming up stream to spawn.

   The river shows a constant variation in its water level, since we are fishing tail water. These changes do not affect the behavior of the trout, because they happen gradually.

   The best fishing moment of the day is early in the afternoon, when the water level starts to increase slowly.
